Where the Silver Series excels at clarity and speed, the Gold Series adds body, scale, and harmonic depth. This is the cable for the listener who has heard what their system is capable of and wants more of it.
Built by hand in small batches at our studio inside a historic bank building on the Ohio River, every Gold Series cable is individually inspected before it leaves our bench. Handcrafted by a team with more than 20 years of combined professional high-end audio cable-building experience, including years spent hand-building high-end audio cables for Morrow Audio.

The Gold Series uses four times the conductor count of the Silver Series — 288 strands of 36 AWG silver-plated copper versus 72. Greater conductor count means lower resistance and improved current delivery, designed to support a more substantial, authoritative presentation. The Type 2 Litz geometry controls how those 288 strands interact with each other and with the signal — minimizing skin effect and strand-to-strand interference so the conductor architecture works for you, not against you.
Every VaultTone cable begins with a simple objective: preserve the integrity of the musical signal while minimizing the electrical artifacts that can obscure detail, texture, and realism. Our designs utilize precision-built Type 2 Litz conductors, carefully controlled twisted-pair geometries, and premium Furutech terminations to reduce losses and maintain signal purity.
The Gold Series represents a fuller expression of that philosophy — greater conductor count, precision geometry, and premium Furutech terminations, all assembled by hand and inspected individually before shipping.
Both ends of every Gold Series cable are terminated with Furutech's FP-126(R) rhodium-plated RCA connectors. Furutech's α (Alpha) pure copper conductors and rhodium plating deliver low contact resistance, long-term corrosion resistance, and the extended high-frequency clarity rhodium is known for. These connectors are the same standard found on cables costing significantly more.
