Return & Refund Policy

Every VaultTone Audio cable is built to order and carefully inspected before it ships.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on standard cables in original, unplayed condition.

• Preference returns (changed your mind, wrong length, etc.): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Defective units: We'll cover return shipping and make it right — repair, replacement, or refund at your choice.
• Custom builds: Due to the bespoke nature of custom orders, a 15% restocking fee applies on returns.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.
