The Gold Series Speaker Cable is the reference-level expression of VaultTone’s handcrafted cable design applied to the final link in your signal chain. Built on the same massive Type 2 Litz conductor architecture as the Gold Series interconnects — 288 strands of 36 AWG silver-plated oxygen-free copper, four times the conductor mass of the Silver Series — the Gold Series Speaker Cable is designed for listeners whose systems can resolve everything a recording contains.

What 288 Strands Mean at the Speaker End

Greater conductor mass means lower resistance, improved current delivery, and the ability to resolve low-level musical information that thinner conductors simply cannot retrieve. At the speaker end of your system, where current demands are highest, this matters more than anywhere else in the signal chain. The Gold Series Speaker Cable is built to meet those demands without compromise.

The Type 2 Litz geometry — with individual enamel insulation per strand, nylon serve, and cotton serve wrap — keeps the twist consistent throughout the cable, controlling how those 288 strands interact with each other and with the signal. The result is a cable that works with your amplifier, not against it.
